Gas/Oil Pipelines

• Port Campbell to Mortlake 83km 20" Natural Gas Pipeline

• Brooklyn to Lara 20" Pipeline 50km
• Bonaparte NGP. Wadeye to Ban Ban Springs, Northern Territory 12" Pipeline 286km

• 12”  2.5km Sub Sea Pipeline to Det Norske Veritas off-Shore code. Casino Outfall, Victoria.

• 20” 12 km 17.8mm wall on-Shore Gas Pipeline. Otway Gas Project, Port Campbell, Victoria.

• HDD fabrication, string welding on Sydney Primary Loop

• Welding of 200km natural gas pipeline Darlingee, Moomba, South Australia
• PortHedland To Telfer Gold Mine 470km Natural Gas Pipeline – 10 inch

• Moranbah Discharge Gas Pipeline. 7.5kms 18 inch 6.5mm wall.
• Fabrication of Pump skids & Welding in of 25+ Methane well heads to ASME IX.

Water Pipelines

• Western corridor recycled water project between Bundamba and Luggage Pt. Brisbane
• 58Km and up to 1.1m diameter Water Pipeline

• Welding in progress on the 70km, 1.7m Dia water Pipeline linking the Goulburn river near Yea to the Sugarloaf Reservoir North East of Melbourne

• On going Maintenence since 1997 on 42” water line from Warragamba dam to Sydney.

Process Piping/Fabrication

• Directional Drill of six bores connecting Hong Kong to Ma Wan and Lantau Islands.
• Comprising of 18 inch casing pipe.

• Steel erection.  Welding of main trusses on Olympic Stadium, Homebush

• Welding top – side platforms, Tuna 1 and 2.
• Northside storage tunnel maintenance and fabrication.
• Eastern Gas Pipeline. 760km Longford to Horsley Park, Sydney

• 40,000 dia inches welded at Mt. Isa.  Mines on two new Boilers.

• Pitch pipelines 10,000 dia inches welded at Tomago Smelter.

• Tomago smelter Buss bar welding 70,000m of fillet welds

• Installation and repairs of Stove Domes.

• Fabrication + Welding of modules in Kwinana/Fremantle for Laminara Oil Project.

• Offshore maintenance drilling rigs.

Wharf Construction

• Welding of 750, 600 and 457mm piles for Naval Ammunitioning Jetty, Twofold Bay, Eden NSW.  Total of 260 Piles from 22m to 45m completed on rollers within 7 wks.

• Welding 1200mm Dia Piles - General Holmes drive viaduct, M5 East Freeway Extension. 108 Piles - 180 completed to 60m in length.

Wooloomooloo Finger Wharf

• 650, 508, 408 and 300mm dia piles at the Finger Wharf Redevelopment, Woolloomooloo, Sydney.  505 piles in all.

• Bridgeworks Southern/Northern Sections M7 Motorway project, Sydney.
• Welding of 310UC Steel Piles to Ghinni Ghinni & Lansdowne Bridges, Taree, NSW.

• Welding of Tubular Piles 306mm – 650mm 9.5/20mm Wall. Royal Motor Yacht Club, Newport, Sydney. Mooring Expansion/Upgrade.

• Welding of piles 508, 650 and 762mm in dia. UB Falsework installation for mooring and berthing dolphins at the Bulk Liquids Berth, Port Botany, Sydney.

• Heavy load out wharf construction for Alumina Refinery expansion, Nhulunbuy, Gove, NT.  Welding to 105 – 457mm & 35 – 550mm Piles 12mm Wall. 225 Joints completed in 4wks.
